Criterias For Selection:  1. At least 3 teams should be selected to the finals from selection tournaments for A division or B division (if participants >= 3)
                2. Teams obtain 60% of their maximum points from the selection tournament wii be selected for the final A division
 
               3. Equal Number of teams should have been selected for B division ( to A division), But they have obtained 40% of their maximum points 
 
                              4. If lower number  of teams selected for the B division from any age  category will give the opotunity for the teams which obtained 40% of their max points from any selection tournament
