his Championship in a close battle at the National Chess Championship
2009 which concluded yeasterday. Sachini Ranasinghe (Musaeus
College) had an exceptional performance since she scored a total
of 12 1/2 points out of 13 Games. Athula, who is the top ranked
player in Sri Lanka scored 8 points out of 12 games with a draw
in the final round with veteran Luxman Wijesuriya. This is his
5th National title while Sachini's maiden one......................

for the parents of entire year 2 students of Rathnavali Balika
